pub async fn resolve_public_key(&mut self, key: &str) -> Result<String, String>
Resolves a Cosmos-compatible public key from a key identifier.
If the provided key is already a valid 33-byte compressed public key in hex format
(expected length COSMOS_SECP_LEN), it is returned as-is. Otherwise, the key is
assumed to be an alias or identifier managed by the KMS, and the corresponding
public key is fetched from the KMS and serialized for use with Cosmos.
§Errors
Returns an error if:
- The KMS fails to return a public key for the given alias.
- The returned key cannot be converted into a valid Cosmos-compatible public key.
